Do I owe anything if we lose the case?+
No. A claimant advance is non-recourse, meaning it is repaid only from your settlement or judgment. If you don't win your case, you owe Salzburg Capital nothing. That legal structure is why there's no credit check, no income check, and no personal liability.
How much can I receive?+
We are highly flexible. The amount is determined by the projected value of your case, not your credit or income.
What does it cost?+
Pricing varies state-by-state based on local regulation. Our goal is to provide fairly-priced advances to ensure the best outcome for your case. Our advances are transparent, fixed in writing, and we work with you and your attorney to ensure there are no surprises or hang ups at settlement.
How fast can I be funded?+
Most applicants receive a decision within 24 hours of us receiving the case file from their attorney. Funds are typically wired the next business day after the contract is signed.
Does my attorney need to be involved?+
Yes — we coordinate with your attorney of record to review the case file and to place a lien against the eventual settlement. Our goal is to work with your attorney to ensure a transparent process and solve headaches — not create them. Your attorney is under no obligation to recommend us.

Our story

Six years spent learning how to say yes faster.

Salzburg Capital was founded in 2020 to bridge a simple gap: claimants with legitimate cases shouldn’t have to settle early just because bills can’t wait for a trial date. The firm began in a single room in Athens, Georgia, with a promise — decisions in 24 hours, pricing in writing, and no case repayable if it doesn’t settle.

Our belief is straightforward. Financial pressure can distort legal decisions; stability restores agency, dignity, and choice. Six years later, we’ve built a large platform and successfully advanced millions of dollars, optimizing outcomes for both claimant and attorney. Our underwriting philosophy has not changed: read the file, respect the attorney’s time, and never price a product we wouldn’t sign ourselves. Our team operates out of Athens, Charleston, and New York.
